RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy

We will refund 50% of invoice amount to our clients who can't receive their bags in  21days  when tracking numbers are effective.(The clients can receive goods in 3-5 days since tracking number is effective, but sometimes the customs will hold the goods for 15-20 days).

Due to our overseas shipping cost, We do not accept refunds unless there is a defect in the bag that makes it unusable. We are more than fair and will honor your request ,if it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such as crediting your account  or by exchanging your item.  Please make sure you ask all questions regarding the items before you purchase, I will be more then happy to explain all details regarding the craftsmanship of the bags. Terms of goods return
1.       All bags are made of leather (if the original is ). We don't accept the returns of the bags for the reason that the bags are made of plastic.
2.       We will bear delivery charges of return on the situation which the bags are broken when you received the bags within 3 months. After receiving bags, we will change or repair for you free of charge. If the metals are broken any time and you can change them youselves, we will post them to you free of charge.
3.       We accept the returns one time within 10 days for a bag if you are dissatisfied with the quality and the bags are on good conditons, but we will not bear delivery charges.
4.       We will bear delivery charge if the bag is different from that showed on our website. We will refund upon receiving the returns.
5.       We will repost the bags free of charge if we send the bags wrongly,but you must offer the picture of bags and offer tracking no. of returns.
6.       Please notify us our tracking no. of returns and the region where sent out , and please point out the defects when you send out the bags (for example put a paper stated the defects on the box).
7.       Please pay delivery charge at you side , we will credit delivery charges or refund to you at our side upon we confirm receiving the returns.
